At this point, you should have a full arch. Now use the smallest balloons to fill in the gaps or spots that need a bit more color. Since you’re arch should be pretty full, it’s likely you’ll need to attach these little guys with glue dots (your new best friend for this DIY!) directly to other balloons, they don’t need to be attached to your balloon strip.
